  1.                     ALMOND DELIGHTFUL COOKIES

  4. 1/4 c. softened butter
  5. 1/4 c. shortening
  6. 1/2 c. brown sugar
  7. 1/2 c. sugar
  8. 1 beaten egg
  9. 1 t. vanilla
  10. 1 c. flour
  11. 1 t. baking powder
  12. 3 c. Almond Delight cereal, crushed to 1-1/2 c.
  13. 1/2 c. chocolate chips or raisins
  14.  
  15.           Mix in order given.  Drop by tablespoon onto lightly
  16. greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. 
  17. Let stand 1 minute before removing.  Makes 2-1/2 dozen at 94
  18. calories each.
